I want to express my deepest gratitude to the repair shop for the professional and prompt resolution of the DPF issue on my Freightliner Cascadia. They really know their stuff: they quickly found the cause, explained everything in simple terms, and performed a regeneration so the truck is running perfectly again. I especially appreciated their approach—no rushing, everything was done meticulously. They showed the actual parameters during the diagnostics, and after the repair, they checked that the filter was completely clean and the system was working properly. I recently had my 2018 International’s DPF filter serviced by Gilbert Trucking, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care I received. Gilbert and his team not only replaced the DPF filter with precision, but they also corrected misaligned DPF wiring that had been positioned too close to the driveline. They realigned it properly and secured it where it was supposed to be a critical detail that many others would have missed. The craftsmanship was top-tier, and the service was both respectful and efficient. What stood out most was how I was treated, the not just as a paying customer, but like a friend. Gilbert is a genuinely kind, knowledgeable man who clearly takes great pride in his work. He even went out of his way to help me get back on the road as quickly as possible. He do poor work, where you have to come back to him. He is to high on his prices,and he will not honor warranty, even if you do pay for it.. all I can tell you is don’t go to him and experience what I got from him,to me that is a Shea tree mechanic!!!! he do know how to mess over good people!!!! when things don’t go his way!!! I brought my trailer there just for him to fix the brake lights on the trailer. That was the only thing wrong with the trailer. It took him 10 hours and charge me $165 an hour and also cut my harness up on my trailer and after all said and done, he told me I need to get a new harness for my trailer. he did that because he was mad at me because I made him honor a transmission warranty that I got when I got the transmission put in. he tried to make me pay for another transmission even though I pay for the warranty he is no good. Don’t go to him. My mistake, it wasn’t my transmission he put in,that was an under warranty.,It was a rear end that he put in my truck that was up under warranty.

My fuel tank was leaking and I needed it fixed. This shop say me after 6 took it off and got me going again so I could make my pick up appointment. The next day my tank was patched up and installed along with some other stuff I got from Volvo parts. Price was right but most important I was on the road again next day. thank you
